and it didn't work, solved only via recovery manager at the time

The Omen Control software will not run on my computer. However, I did locate the HP Phoenix Control App on the computer and was able to turn off the LED lights.

As I said, when I tried the only solution for it to work was reinstalling recovery manager..
Now we have to say a little more..
