Hi @David7961
Have done some research on this issue.
It appears custom MB manufacturers do provide a UMA BIOS setting to increase or decrease shared system memory usage. I have UMA settings on my Asus MB.
OEM MBs may not provide this option; it is up to the OEM.
I don't believe HP provides this option in your MB's BIOS/EFI.
You would have to look at all of your PC's available BIOS settings for this option.
If your PC's BIOS has this setting it might be in the Advanced tab. Examine every setting in your PC's BIOS to see if HP enabled UMA.

Hi @David7961
I don't have a newer HP PC at this time. So I am not familiar with HP's BIOS options.
You would have to look at all possible BIOS settings to check for UMA settings.
Your BIOS may not have UMA if you can't find it.

Hi @David7961
You would have to provide a specific HP product number (example: TG01-0186) to check for a BIOS update.
TG01-0xxx is generic. This product series could use multiple HP MBs.

Hi @David7961
Thanks for the product number.
I can't find W10 drivers for this product.
You will have to enter your PC's serial number at this HP Site to check for a BIOS update.

Hi @David7961
You have a HP PC with four possible MBs.
Per HP, your PC seems to have the Erica MB (MB SSID 8643).
This BIOS update Here should work with your MB.
