Hi @fabriceL,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To change the LED colors of your Omen 45L RTX 4090 graphic card, you'll typically need to use the manufacturer's software or utility designed specifically for managing the graphics card and its features. In the case of an Omen branded card, you'll likely use the Omen Command Center software. Here's how you can do it:
- Install Omen Command Center: If you haven't already installed the Omen Command Center on your computer, you can download it from the official HP website. Search for "Omen Command Center" and follow the instructions to install it.
- Open Omen Command Center: Once the software is installed, open the Omen Command Center on your computer.
- Graphics Card Settings: Look for a section or tab related to "Graphics Card" or "System Features" in the Omen Command Center. The exact location of the LED control may vary depending on the version of the software.
- LED Lighting: Within the Graphics Card settings, there should be an option to control the LED lighting of your graphic card. You may be able to choose different colors, lighting effects, or even synchronize it with other RGB components if your system supports it.
- Customize: Customize the LED lighting as per your preference. You can experiment with different colors, patterns, and effects until you find the one you like.
- Apply Changes: After adjusting the LED settings, remember to click on the "Apply" or "Save" button to make the changes take effect.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Thanks Alden4 for your answer,
It not helping as Graphic card is not showing within HP OMEN Game center (seems that command center is not existing anymore) same problem with memory so no way to shut down lightning for these elements (graphic card and memory)
Game center has been installed and re installed with latest sdk on your website nothing change no options for both elements.
Warm Regards
