Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This topic has already been discussed before and there has been a solution but it no longer works, where they suggested going into HP Bios on startup and go to advance, it longer exists anymore and there are no settings that relate remotely to it. I was wondering if there is now a different way to turn off the LEDs since they heat up quite a bit and I'm concerned that they may end up damaging the pc/impacting preformance

I highly doubt the green LED case light is going to heat up the PC enough to damage it. Also it helps to add what the specific product number is, so we know exactly what you have and how old it is.

Not knowing which you have, you might try installing the Omen Game Hub. It may or may not have an option in the Light Studio to turn the light on and off. Otherwise I know of no other way to do it, other than to physically disconnect the wire.
