How do I update the bios on a hp omen obelisk and change the ram speed

@xChimmy   You cannot go into the bios and change the ram speed. HP bios is very locked down and always has been.

There is no bios update to change this. You also cannot install overclocked memory and expect it to run at its rated speed. It will be down clocked to the default speed the CPU/motherboard is rated at.  I'm sorry.
