After auto adjustment the screen image position be like this .. cannot change it in menu. Already use latest driver and hard reset also any solution?

  • Factory reset: Sometimes a hard reset may not fully resolve the issue. Check if your monitor has an option for a factory reset in its menu settings. Performing a factory reset will revert all settings back to their original defaults.
  • Check for physical damage: Inspect the monitor for any physical damage or signs of wear that may be affecting its performance. 

 

By following these steps, you may be able to diagnose and resolve the issue with your HP monitor's auto adjustment and screen position.

The cable is fine, i already switch device and the problem still happen so the problem is monitor.. i cant adjust the image height in the menu idk why and there is no physical damage at all
