Product: HP Omen 30L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Had the computer for 12 Months warranty just expired 6 days ago of course and during some games like League of Legends my computer will shut off no warning completely black screen and I have to unplug computer from the back to even get it to turn back on. Even lower demanding games now are causing the same issue.

Hi @breadzerk 

 

You will have to troubleshoot all components. Run the PC in a minimum config: one stick or RAM, use onboard graphics if possible, disconnect all other stuff including unnecessary peripherals. Any component including the MB could be the cause.

 

The graphics card could be the cause. The power supply should also be at the top of the list or a system component could be causing the PSU to shut down. 

 

I would have a local PC Tech take a look unless you have replacement components available to isolate the bad part.
