good evening, I wanted to replace my nvidia 1070 video card with a 1080 ti. do you know if it's compatible? Thank you

Depending on your existing PSU, you need around 50W more to be able to use 1080 Ti

Thanks, The power supply is the standard one, I think 500w

500W is minimum required for the 1070

 

            https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/graphics-cards/geforce-gtx-1070/specifications/

 

That means the existing PSU does not have enough power to run 1080 Ti card.
