Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So, my "R" key wasn't responding very much so I thought it was dirty and I completely removed it, breaking the clip off the board and lost it. So now I need a replacement but can't find the info specifically online, so I came here, please help me out.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) I would temporarily connect external USB keyboard to continue working with notebook.

 

(2) Where to buy keys ?

(3) If you're brave, you can try to replace the key

(4) If it proves to be too difficult or replaced key is not working, the keyboard must be replaced!
