@Lorriy , welcome to the forum.
When you say that you only are using 1.2 GB of RAM, is this what Device Manage shows as available? For instance, I have 32 GB of RAM installed, but Device Manager shows that I only have 24.7 GB available. The other RAM is reserved for other purposes.

This is good. It means that only .1 GB is being reserved for other purposes. As you can see from my example, the system reserved 7.4 GB.
