OMEN Desktop PCC 880-160se

The OMEN Center was deleted and i need to reinstall it, all that I have tried hasn't worked

@gary2165 , welcome back to the forum.

 

I have the 880-160se and have been having problems with Omen Command Center, also.  Here is what I did to solve my problem.  I uninstalled HP Support Assistant (Strange, I know, but OCC requires HPSA to operate properly).  Then, I got the latest version here.  Once it was installed, I installed Omen Command Center:

Once this was complete both apps are now working great.

 

I tried the OCC app from Window's Store, everything worked except the Overclocking tab.

 

Have you tried overclocking your i7-8700K?  I have mine OC'd mine using Omen Command Center to 5.2 GHGz @ 1.30v.  This is faster than most of the i9-9900K's.  It has been stable in all of my gaming; Blacklist and Wolfenstein-The New Order.
