Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I wanted to track my order since it was supposed to come in 2-3 business days but it didn’t. Then when i try to view my orders it asks for the order number and i don’t remember ever seeing one. How can i find out the order number if i was signed in as a guest when i bought my laptop

I see you are looking to track the order and cannot find the order number. You can check your email with the order confirmation details will have the order number. 

 

You can also contact our HP Store online and should be able to sort this out. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
