I need help in regards to deleting my McAfee account, I tried McAfee itself and they said it's tied to Hewlett Packard.

I am not sure what deleting your McAfee account means.

 

Are you looking to uninstall McAfee security software installed on your PC by HP at the factory? Or are you referring to a McAfee account you created with McAfee so you can: monitor or renew/cancel  your subscription with McAfee?

 

Carefully check all information provided at this Site showing how to uninstall McAfee security software and other useful tips on managing your McAfee account.

 

You don't have to delete the McAfee account you created at McAfee.com as long as your account auto renewal option is set to off. McAfee will auto renew your subscription if the renewal option is active.
