Hey, i want to place an extra HDD in my HP omen 30L but i've already used both my sata power cables (P5 and P6). And the cables from the psu are hardwired am i right? So is there any way i can fix this?

Welcome to the HP Forum.
You can do this if the MB has, or can be modified to provide a SATA data connection to an additional SATA HDD/SSD and the case can accommodate an additional HDD/SSD. A PSU upgrade would provide additional SATA power to the HDD.
Check this YouTube video for details.
Or a possible easier method to add power to the HDD (if your MB has an open SATA data connection) would be a using an available PSU 6 plus 2 PCIe connector with a PCIe to SATA adapter cable.
Check Amazon for this adapter.
If your PC's MB has an open PCIe x1 slot you could also consider an internal PCIe x1 to SATA 3.0 controller card if needed. This component is available at Amazon.
The 25L MB in the above YouTube video does not appear to have a PCIe x1 slot, your PC's MB may or may not have this. I can't see how many MB SATA data ports are available (maybe two??) in the above video.
