Thank You for the response. I have already installed 64GB 3600MHz (kit of 2 sticks). It seems my PC is only working at 2133MHz. I have updated BIOS and all drivers with no luck. Despite what YouTube says, I am not able to change the RAM in BIOS. I could not find that option. Am I just stuck with 2133? Not sure what else to do.

The spec for your system is here (use Firefox as it is not https)
http://web.archive.org/web/20210612235510/https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05369438
If you got 64gb to work then you are lucky as only 32gb was recommended!
Memory upgrade information
- Dual channel (2 DIMMs per channel) memory architecture
- Four DDR4 DIMM (288-pin) sockets
- Supports PC4-17000 (DDR4-2133)
- Supports 4 GB and 8 GB DDR4 DIMMs
- Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems
note:
32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory. - Supports up to 64 GB (unbuffered) on 64-bit computers
note:
HP has tested a maximum of 32 GB on this system and does not recommend maximum memory beyond the 32 GB
Note that the memory is accessed two at a time so the effective speed is 2x2133 = 4266
There has been no bios release since 2019 so any memory improvements since then like xmp 2 or 3 are not in the bios.
