I currently have 16gb RAM and I am looking to replace this with 32 or 64gb RAM. What RAM should I go for,?

Your OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-0000a (9NA84AV) as fitted with a Moria3 motherboard (SSID: 87C3) -please verify, because your gaming desktop may have a different motherboard installed.
Assuming the aforementioned, your PC can be upgraded up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 288-pin RAM.
Looking here, the best RAM you could possibly install in your desktop would be the HP-branded Kingston RAM: 2 x 16GB Kingston HP32D4U8D8HC-16XR. HP gaming desktops are finnicky when it comes to RAM and achieving max RAM performance. One other RAM option comes up once in a while: 2 x 16GB Kingston HyperX (KHX3200C16D4/16GX) DDR4 3200 C16.
Best recommendation I can give you -this is what I would do, is the following quality/affordable 2 x 16GB dual-rank RAM kit: Timetec 32GB KIT(2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz for Dell XPS 8940 Tower/Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 Desktop/Dell Inspi....
