My RAM is 8gb but my video memory is 128mb and I want to increase it to 2gb

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You have not identified your specific HP Product number.

 

Your Desktop PC may have an available PCIe x16 slot for a discrete graphics card. Some Laptops/Notebooks are limited to onboard graphics.

 

Adding a discrete graphics card, if this is possible, would make the video RAM problem go away.

 

I can't say if you can increase onboard video memory in Windows or in the BIOS to improve integrated video. I have never had to deal with this problem.
