@Ladiesman2177, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your Windows 11 HP laptop is displaying a black screen with a loading cursor and prompting a recovery key, but none of the recovery options are working, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Safe Mode

Try booting into Safe Mode to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue:

Access Advanced Startup Options:

  • Turn off your laptop by holding down the power button.
  • Turn on your laptop and repeatedly press the Esc key until the Startup Menu appears.
  • From the Startup Menu, select Advanced Options.

Navigate to Safe Mode:

  • Select Troubleshoot, then Advanced options.
  • Go to Startup Settings and click Restart.
  • When the laptop restarts, select Safe Mode from the list of options.

2. Check for Updates or Drivers

If you can boot into Safe Mode, check for any pending updates or problematic drivers:

Update Windows:

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update.
  • Check for and install any available updates.

Update Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager (you can search for it in the Start Menu).
  • Check for any devices with warning symbols and update their drivers.

Also, I suggest you refer to this guide: HP PCs - Computer starts but the screen remains blank (Windows 11, 10) | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
