I want to purchase a GIGABYTE NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4080 GRAPHICS CARD MODEL NO GV-N4080WF3-16GD

 

My question will this fit and my second question is will my desktop be able to power this beast?

Sorry to tell you this, but no and no.

 

Specs for your PC at this Site state it has a 400 watt power supply. HP has a 500 watt PSU (part numberL05757-800) which is compatible with your case and MB.

 

The HP 500 watt PSU is available at eBay.

 

Check this Video showing possible graphics card upgrades with the HP 400 watt and 500 watt PSUs.
