Product: HP OMEN Desktop 30L GT13-0024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The power supply needs to be replaced. The wiring is routed behind the motherboard tray. It would seem that the back panel is riveted in place. Please advise.

Yes its removable, search on YT Omen Back Panel removal, there is a great HP support video on it. To remover it there is a screw on the inside down below very close to the power supply, but you can see it in the video.
