My hp victus doesn't turning on and showing only victus logo, doesn't move to automatic repair mode, doesn't go into safe mode

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

This behavior could mean the PC is having a POST problem. Only use a mouse or try without the mouse to see if the PC will advance to the Windows log in screen or the Windows recovery environment.

 

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
