Hi @JurianH ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing a keyboard input limitation, where pressing multiple keys simultaneously isn't registering properly. This issue is often referred to as "keyboard ghosting" or "key rollover."
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
- Check Keyboard Specifications: Look up the specifications of your laptop keyboard to see if it supports or if there are any limitations mentioned.
- Test Keyboard: You can test your keyboard to see if it's registering all the keys correctly. You can use online keyboard testing tools or built-in keyboard testing software if available.
- Update Drivers: Make sure your keyboard drivers are up to date. You can do this through the Device Manager on Windows or the equivalent on your operating system.
- Adjust Keyboard Repeat Rate: Sometimes adjusting the repeat delay and repeat rate settings in your computer's keyboard settings can help. You can find these settings in the Control Panel or System Preferences, depending on your operating system.
- Use External Keyboard: If possible, try using an external keyboard to see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, it could indicate a problem with your laptop's built-in keyboard.
- Check Game Settings: Ensure that the game settings are configured correctly and that there are no conflicts with the keybindings.
