Product: HP Elite book folio 9480m
- Laptop brand: HP Elite book folio 9480m
- [Personal Information Removed]
- Issue: Stuck in a boot loop when reaching hp logo
- Explanation: I recently wanted to upgrade my previously perfectly working laptop's ram from 4 to 12 gb and after doing so it started having various blue screens such as "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED", "KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE" and " IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" thinking there was a problem with the new ram I removed it and now it is stuck on a boot loop where it restarts after reaching the HP logo. After running system diagnostics the storage passed and the ram passed as well without the new ram inserted but with or without the new ram inserted the loop is still there. As an IT student I'm desperately asking for help here thank you in advance
- Edit: after a bios update it turns on fine but with one blue screen so far "MEMORY MANAGMENT"
