Led plugged into computer works but mouse and keyboard dont

Turned computer on amd had led lights turn on but keyboard and mouse wont

@AidenBrady69, boy!! -- did I read those specifications incorrectly.  I guess all of this inactivity is making me see things! 😉

Ive tried other keyboards and mouse and they didnt work. I also tried plugging my current keyboard and mouse into another computer and they worked fine. Both of there lights turn on when there working and they wont turn on right now.the keyboard lights turn on for one second when you type but its dim amd it doesnt type anything. It has turned on twice on its own.

@AidenBrady69, if you have tried the keyboard and mouse in all of the USB ports on your computer, I am not certain what the problem could be.

 

I suggest going into the Device Manager/Keyboard/Mice and right click on your keyboard and mouse/select Update driver/Search automatically for updated driver software.  If there is an updated driver it will install it.
