Lincs motherboard

Rehousing to new case.

Using full ATX, might have been better with an mATX but the extra few mm on board might be a bit tight.

Anyway, lined-up board, temp screwed in position with spacers in place, extended short psu lead for fan/tacho/signal.

Last issue is the power button/ led 4-pin / wire connector.

pin layout left to right  o o o o x

1 - GND

2 - 0-3v alternating when Off, 3v when On

3 - 3v

4 - 5v

5 - Blank

Connecting power sw to 1 & 3 controls On/Off (3 & 4 only turns On, not Off)

Connecting LED to 2 & 4 makes LED flash when Off, nothing when On

I'm thinking one pin needs to be GND too as it did illuminate when connected with one pin to GND.

Does it need to be linked with power sw at GND ?

Trying to figure it out. Can live without the LED , but it would be nice to solve it
