Hi! I am looking to upgrade my SSD as I need more storage and am looking for a very good SSD for gaming. I have an HP Omen 875-0024 with an i7 8700 and a Geforce GTX 2080. 1x 16gb(2666). Motherboard is 84FD. - The question's I am asking are,
1. Whats the maximum speed of memory I can upgrade too? I am looking to get at least 3000. I know the max the system can handle is 32gb which is what I am looking to upgrade too as well.
2. Whats a good SSD I can put in here? I was looking at a Samsung 970 pro. Either 500gb or 1Tb whatever my wallet allows 🙂

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06169524
1. For RAM: You can use RAM upgrade information from its specs above. You can't get over 2666MHz.
2. For Storage: It has now
256GB of M.2 NVMe SSD
2TB of 7200RPM HDD.
You can use Samsung 970 EVO series but from 256 to 500 or 512 is a very small step. You wish more storage, why not go for 2TB ?
Regards.
