Here is my product code - 6FH15AV
I purchased this PC just for running flight simulator which it does really, really well!! I am a little concerned with the CPU and GPU temperatures I'm seeing while gaming. Typically in the 180F to 210F range. It's pretty well documented the Obelisk is know for running hot with it's one small fan, would it be advisable to upgrade the case to a 30L or bigger? Does HP just sell the case? I haven't 'built' a computer since back in the 90's can it all be moved over rather simply? Would I need to upgrade power supplies to handle additional fans?
Lots of questions, I know.

The 25L and 30L are not much better at managing heat, although I'd imagine they are better than the Obelisk*.
Judging by this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sm9q-2lcbgg
It does seem possible to transfer over the components into any other case, although you might need to get different wiring if they are too short.
I'd look up some videos on the best cases out there if I was you.
Edit: depending on the case you'll probably want to get a different power supply, perhaps a modular one so you can use solely the cables you need.
You don't need one if you only use the exact same hardware, but sometimes a case has more features than you had before.

@Tinpanva , welcome to the Community.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when moving to a new gaming case. Even moving the components to another HP case may not work properly.
