Hi,
I have a 6 month old PC and the fan has suddenly become very loud. It just started up a couple of days ago and hasn't stopped. It's loud on boot up and stays loud even when idle and nothing is running. The fans aren't dusty and all are spinning, there are no loose connections inside. The PC isn't hot to the touch and I can't feel any heat coming from within. I have tried putting the PC on a power saver setting and making sure that the fans are set to quiet in the Omen gaming hub yet the issue won't go away. My hard drive and SSD aren't full. There are no Windows updates available. A previous ticket with the same issue suggested a bios update, but the update available on this website is older than the version I have.
I can't figure out why this computer is suddenly so loud.
Does anyone have any advice or ideas?
Kind regards

Is it GPU fan that's running loud? If so, you can control the fan curve with MSI Afterburner.
Anything else, try using SpeedFan or free fan control program. You can also try swapping factory fans with Noctua fan with the same size/type.
