model - victus 15.6 inch gaming laptop
operating system - windows 11
microprocessor - Ryzen 5 5600H
ram - 8gb
graphics card - rtx 3050  laptop gpu
issue : i am playing game called valorant , in game i am getting only 60 fps ( always fluctuate) and opponents always move from their base like they are floating  .I am expecting fps around 100-200 .(my ping is also stable and there is 0% packet loss )

 

what i have already done :

1. resetting windows
2. uninstalling and installing game
3. clearing temporary files
4. using nvidia geforce for game optimization
5. updating drivers
6. tried different settings in nvidia control panel
7. turning of all backround applications
8. turning of useless windows services
