Hello I have a problem I bought the hp laptop with this specs:

Nvidia RTX 2060 6GB

Core I7

16GB ram

 

And I have low FPS (25 average FPS)

On rdr2 the lowest settings and the lowest resolution I get 13 FPS average

Make sure to update all of your drivers, you should be getting at least 3 times more.
