So, basically I been trying to play Fortnite all day and then my game crashed and then it wouldn’t launch again and so I tried to update my drivers and that doesn’t work and then I tried to verify my files and that didn’t work and then I went through memory diagnostics and it told me to contact the company so yeah.

Greetings @Chris1344

Welcome to the HP Forum.

It looks like your PC may have a faulty memory module if HP Diagnostics has flagged the memory test.

My suggestion would be to first reseat all memory modules. Now run HP Diagnostics again. Your PC should be good to go if memory tests pass.

If the memory test fails again then remove all memory modules and test each memory module (using HP Diagnostics) , one at a time, to find the faulty memory module.

Replace the affected memory module or do a memory kit upgrade.

Crucial Memory works well in most HP PCs. Use the Crucial Scanner to find compatible memory modules.

It is best to use memory kits when installing new memory. You could try mixing HP factory memory and Crucial memory. But doing this could cause problems.

Or provide a specific HP Product Number for "possible" additional memory manufacturer upgrade options.

Regards
