Hello! Please tell me, do you have a driver for this disk?

Hi @D1mar0n,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand you're experiencing issues with uninstalled drivers appearing when you turn on Bluetooth. Unfortunately, I'm specifically trained to assist with HP products, services, and Poly products. However, here are some general steps you can try to resolve driver issues:

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Go to the Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth section, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select "Update driver."
  • Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software" to let Windows search for updates.

Download Drivers from Manufacturer:

  • Visit the website of your device's manufacturer (such as HP) and check for the latest Bluetooth drivers for your specific model.

Windows Update:

  • Ensure your system is updated with the latest Windows updates, which can sometimes resolve driver-related issues.

Uninstall and Reinstall Device:

  • Go to Device Manager, right-click on the problematic Bluetooth device, and select "Uninstall device." Restart your computer, and Windows should attempt to reinstall the correct driver upon reboot.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Did we resolve the issue? If yes, please consider marking this post as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" to give us a helpful vote - your feedback keeps us going!

Hello! Thanks for the answer. The steps you described are taken first and foremost before contacting support. These steps do not solve the problem with missing drivers for AirPodr Pro.

In addition, I was asking now about the driver for the system disk, and not for Bluetooth.
