My package never arrived to my house after being sent back from repair. I have called and emailed HP and the Omen team about 17 different times over the course of 2 months, I have had the case escalated and received an escalation manager who I have called 5 times over the last 2 weeks and never heard back from them and only left voicemails. I feel that HP is purposefully disregarding my case. I am unable to file a claim with Fedex the shippers since HP has control of the package. Any help would be great on how to proceed, the one HP representative I spoke to last told me to contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to help with my case but I would like HPs help first.
