Your OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000a (575P7AA), as fitted with a HanaL motherboard (SSID: 89EB) with p/n: M81916-602 "Motherboard, HANAL, AM4 105W, B550, MS, WIN" -please verify.
Dimensionally, there are three alternative HP gaming motherboards that would be compatible with your OMEN 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0xxx case.
They are: the BlizzardL motherboard (SSID: 894A) with p/n: M81915-603 / M81915-003 / M81915-001 "MB, BlizzardL, Intel ADL + H670, WIN", the ArcticL motherboard (SSID: 8B1D) with p/n: N27486-603 "MOTHERBOARD ArcticL Intel RPL + H770 WINDOWS", and the ArcticOC motherboard (SSID: 8A96) with p/n: N27486-601 "MOTHERBOARD ArcticOC Intel RPL + Z790 WINDOWS":
Mind you, swapping motherboards would require a different processor as well as a different Windows license.
Incidentally, here are two HP-branded Cooler Master ATX power supply upgrades I came across looking around:
600-watt: M98829-001 "PSU ATX 600W 90%EFF MULTI OP, UNICO"
800-watt: M98830-001 "PSU ATX 800W 90%EFF MULTI OP, UNICO"
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,

Not necessarily. Please explain why you would be better off with a new PC case?
Any of the three alternative motherboards would fit fine in your case, though if you do this, better install additional cooling fan(s). The greatest challenge would be to find/purchase any of these motherboards without breaking the bank.

Well I have already spent plenty of money on the pc including an amd ryzen 7 5700g and a 4060 ti and two ddr4 sticks of ram, and I would have to get a whole entire new intel processor. I would think that would be the best solution but please let me know if you have anything else.

An AMD Ryzen 7 5700G is an outstanding gaming processor with plenty of live left in it. Personally, I would consider buying an Intel gaming platform down the line, but I happen to be biased on that account.
Anyway, yes, I do have some suggestions for you if you want to totally optimize your current system: make sure you got at least 32GB of fast* RAM (either 4 x 8GB or 2 x 16GB) running at 3200+ MHz, and consider an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, which is also compatible with your motherboard, as you can see here: HP OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0xxx Performance Results - UserBenchmark.
Only other thing I can think of is further upgrading your GPU: an RTX 3080 Ti / RTX 4080 Ti.
* Please take a look at individual RAM scores (and what RAM makes it score well) for HP System OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0xxx Users here: UserBenchmark: HP OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0xxx Compatible Components.
