Hello
I do not see what the two images correspond to
To start the screen it has two ports one DVI, and the other VGA, so you should only use what matches for the screen!
If the pc has a DVI connector, use the DVI connector
Only I didn’t see if it’s what type it’s about
if it is this one:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-2011x-20-inch-led-backlit-lcd-monitor/5096582/document/c0282...
we have different dvi ports:
http://iogear.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2209/~/what-is-the-difference-between-dvi-a%2C-dv...
if the pc and the screen do not have the same type that can explain that
to come back to the pictures
the first dvi and vga no signal, ok, you indicate that no display is normal for me!
but then the second one has dvi active it shows that the pc would be connected to the dvi, the screen finds the signal, but there is still no display?
That's right ?
Since you indicate to have used other screen, and that only this one does not work, it is possible that it is HS, if it is not a problem of ports or bad cables
You should at least be able to test it with another pc with a VGa port

Sorry maybe it is out of order!
Do you have the possibility, and or tried with a PC with a VGA port?
Try VGA to vga, if nothing it is probably out of order
