Hi

You have an AMD motherboard https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-30l-desktop-pc-gt13-1000a/2100404772/model/2100404775/docu... , MB SSID 8876.

W11 sleep mode, in my experience, generally works as expected. Check hardware. Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2".

Run system and component tests.

Run a check disk:

Open an administrative command prompt. enter the following command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Enter the following command after completion of the first operation sfc /scannow

Possible items to look at given your symptoms are:

Peripheral problem. Only connect a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.

Device driver problem. You would have to use the specific product number of your PC https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-30l-desktop-pc-gt13-1000a/2100404772/model/2100404775/docu... to check for HP driver updates if HP Support Assistant is silent on this. Check for driver updates if you installed any hardware in the MB.

Possible BIOS update. There is a BIOS update for your MB here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/omen-30l-desktop-pc-gt13-1000a/2100404772... I don't see any sleep issue reference in the "Fixes" section.

Sleep mode works when the power supply and the MB work together. You could have an issue with either component.

You could get to the bottom of the problem by backing up data. Try a HP Cloud Recovery https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4511095-4511141-16 . Then check system for stability.
