Product: HP Omen 30L

I was playing on my pc and I had started to lose frame and it crashed for like 2 seconds but it went back to normal but when i turned it off and on the next day it starts to boot but keyboard and mouse doesn't boot up the monitor doesn’t turn on either, I looked online and cleaned out my PC took out the RAM sticks and the GPU and put them back in but nothing still.
