When I play video games all of a sudden my screen says "video not displayed, going to sleep" , I have no clue why it does that because when I am on the internet or watching YouTube it doesn't do that but as soon as I play a video game like Minecraft or Warzone it shows that black screen. Any idea why?

@Drag0nz12 , welcome to the forum.
I suggest that you go into Settings/Power & Sleep. Set both of the settings to "Never" to see if that makes a difference. Sometimes when playing games, if there is not a lot of action, the OS believes that it should shut down. I have had this happen to me several times over the years, until I got the settings correct.

@Drag0nz12, I don't believe that the resolution would cause the problem that your are experiencing. There are two additional reasons why this may be happening: 1) the video card is getting too hot or 2) you need to update the driver for the video card.

@Drag0nz12, the video card is actually in the computer; not in the monitor. You can find FREE third party apps on the Internet that will allow you to check the temperature of the the video card.
What is the product number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. Here is a guide to help you find it: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07555

Thank you for the additional information, @Drag0nz12!
I suggest that you update your video driver, if you haven't done so: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/
