When I open the OMEN light studio, it says that it does not detect a compatible omen light studio device. How do I fix it

Does your machine have 4 zone lights ? My machine has

Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO

When turn machine on for very fist time, did you see 4 zones such as

If NOT, your machine does not support Lighting Studio.
