Title says it all. Beeps three times, beeps the more times in a higher pitch, restarts the beeping. All this is when I turn the computer on

so is it :

The red light blinks three times, and then three, short white light blinks (3 long red, 3 short white)

This condition indicates a potential graphic chip failure.
