I purchased a desktop Omen in 2022. I was told at purchase that it was eligible for the three-year carepack rebate. I purchased Carepack, believing that if I don't use it, I get my money back. It's three now, I just checked the rebate form to send in; my unit SKU is no longer on the list? Has anyone else had an issue like this? I am going to reach out to their corporate office. This unacceptable.
have this issue?

Greetings @RG7489
Welcome to the HP Forum.
I'm pretty sure a three year extended HP Care Pack warranty provides a total of three years warranty service.
I don't think you get the original one year warranty provided at purchase plus three more years.
Extended Care Pack warranty service starts at the date of purchase. I think the three year warranty would have expired this year on the date you: purchased the PC and the extended Care Pack.
I think you would have gotten almost four full years (the base one year warranty plus the extended three year warranty) if you had purchased the Care Pack at the end of the original one year warranty provided when you purchased the PC.
