Hello guys few weeks im am having problems with my pc, i could be doing some random activities, like reading emails, watching videos, listening to music, or working on autocad, and my computers freezes, I can see the screen blocked, and if there was any audio source after it blocks I could still hear a very loud "bzzzzzzzzzzzzz"...
My computer stays on and I can hear the fans starting to get very slow, but not stopping.
Trying to press CAPS LOCK it doesn't show up the led on the keyboard, but meanwhile I'm playing games, Forza Horizon, Apex Legends, League of Legends etc, it does not crash, but after mabye 2 minutes I close them the computer freezes, I've tried many times to reset windows but with no success, because it blocks even while it's rebooted after finishing the reset on the settings from windows menu...
Guys please help because I don't know what to do

I'm not exactly a professional but is sounds like your Computer is overheating and shutting off. If that is the case, it will be necessary to see if you can clean the fan and cooling unit. If it isn't a physical problem but rather a software issue I recommend opening Device Manager (Search in Windows Start) and checking if all your drivers are updated. Hope it helps.
