I have had this issue for a while now, but at first it was manageable as I could just restart the computer with the power-button. However, now that does not work. Almost always when I watch a video on a website and I paus the video for some time and the screen turns dark as a result and I will try to wake it up the screen just turns dark. Sometimes the video audio can be heard through the dark screen and nothing can get the screen to start normally. So I just forcefully restart the computer by turning it off with the power-button and then turn it on. Recently, I cannot turn on the computer with the power button when I forcefully turn it off in this situation. The only way I have gotten the computer to turn on is to press windows button + B + power button and start a BIOS-update. I don't think that's a healthy thing for the computer to do and I don't know any other ways to fix this. I have tried to use the repair tools on the computer etc but it says there's nothing wrong with the system, graphics or RAM and I also updated the BIOS recently. I have also tried to see if anyone has had a similar issue but I have not found anything.

You should have a GTX 1660 Ti which is an excellent graphics & gaming card. The problems you describe seem to be driver related.
Go to the NVidia site and download the latest "Game Ready" drivers. Look under "16 series notebooks"
Never update bios if there is a problem with the PC. You should run diagnostics: Tap the ESC key after powering on and run disk, memory and graphics diagnostics.
