OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000i (393C6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I was doing an HP update in class one day and after the update completed, it restarted my computer. Everything seemed fine, but when I opened my computer I started to get these weird error codes. Ex.

Through minimum research, I learned I was stuck in a Temp profile I believe. I was pretty stressed and clueless on what to do so I contacted HP support. I was given very little help which is wild for a retail $2,800, 2 week old PC. Through messaging bots and 1 possibly real person it just made the computer even worse. Now it won’t turn on, It just shows a blue screen. Ex.

The worst part of it all, is it won’t even let me reset my PC. I’ve tried to just remove everything and I get another error code.

Please help, I am currently in college studying architecture and really need this PC to render and use other arch applications. It’s brand new, still under warrenty, the issue is I need it now. I have homework due at the end of the week. Nothing had worked and the bots are repetitive and don’t make sense. I’ve tried so much and typed in my BitLocker RecoveryKey around 30 times.

Thanks, Leonard
