HP Recommended

My OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop PC won't boot and it glows red. The fans are running but the power button doesn't restart it or power it off. I tried even unplugging it and plugging it in again. I have a wireless mouse and keyboard with fresh batteries. My LG monitor says it has no input. All the cables are connected.
