I have a case of my laptop has a sim card slots but it's not show cellular ( support cellular)

You can't connect to any cellular service without having the optional and expensive WWAN adapter installed.

 

You can find the WWAN adapter listed in the device manager under the Network Adapters device manager category.

 

It will be one of these if your notebook is so equipped (which I doubt).
