Product: OMEN 15t-dh100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen was up showing a black screen with the backlights for the keys still on, now after I’ve tried holding the power button, plugging it up to the power cable, and performing bios I still have a black screen but the back lights have turned off except for the power button and the fans are spinning fairly loudly. I just got this computer about 1 week ago and I haven’t downloaded anything save for steam, a few games, Firefox, and Spotify.

Update the power indicator is blinking white and the computer is getting hot
