Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just got my omen 16 yesterday i was able to turn it on after waiting about 16 minutes with it open but that is not how a normal computer should turn on the power button is literally doing nothing and i do not know how to turn it on again.

You should contact HP Customer Support for help.  You should not have to troubleshoot a new computer.
