When I load up some games like Gmod and H3VR, my pc crashes when I start messing around with stuff. I tried running a benchmark on my pc and it said missing gpu. I also reseated my gpu to no avail. Any help?
I'll elaborate. When it crashes, my monitor says no signal, then my pc will shutdown but the light will still be on. I hold my power off button for a few seconds, then turn it back on and there will be these lines of dots that appear horizontally on my screen. I turn my pc off and on a few times then it will boot up normally.

" At this point, I might just get a new one. "
it was mostly this!
If you can contact the dealer and try the exchange, so much the better!
You can still try to contact HP yourself if necessary, just connect, and have the serial number

I don't quite understand what you are saying ..
But if your computer is warranty it must be repaired for free
did you contact the after sales service

No, I haven't contacted them. My father bought me the pc anyways, so he would have to. I've asked him countless times to take it in for a fix, but he's saying he's gonna try to get them to get me another one. What I meant earlier is that I already installed all of my updates and drivers.
