When I turn on my pc only the unit and the keyboard turn on and light up however the monitor and the mouse do not the unit also throws a memory code I tried taking out my ram and blowing it off but that did not work, any ideas?

if the PC is throwing a memory error code, you most likely will have to replace the memory chip since cleaning the slot and reseating the memory module didn't work.
The specs indicate that it came with 1 x 8 GB of memory, so you can't even test it out with one memory chip removed.

Unless you have another DDR4 memory chip laying around you can install to see if it works OK, you are going to have to replace the memory module and hope that fixes the problem.

They guarantee compatibility.
The specs for your PC indicate the memory chip is 2666 MHz, so I recommend replacing it with the same speed.
